Bridz health can be used by Patients / Doctors / Corporates/ Schools

3. What infrastructure do I need to use Bridz health?

You only need a mobile. Download the App and follow the user guidelines.

4. How do I get support for any technical issues with Bridz health?

All support requests can be sent to support@bridz health.com and they will be responded within 24 hrs. Also you can reach us on 9849553445, Monday to Saturday between 9.00AM - 5.00PM.If required, our support staff will call the customer for quick resolution.

5. Are there any limits to the number of Appointments?

There is no limit on number of appointments.

6. Can Patients health Records be created in Bridz health?

Patients E health records can be created in Bridz health.

7. What information can be recorded in the Patient health Records?

  • Patient can store the following information.
    • Patient information.
    • Clinical Examination.
    • Diagnosis of the doctor.
    • Medications & Prescription information.
    • Tests prescribed for further diagnosis.
    • Any other notes in free form.
    • Next visit if advised - Date & Time.
    • Advice to Patient if any.
    • Health Tips.

8. Does Bridz health guarantee the privacy of patient details entered into the system?

We understand that the privacy of your patient information is of utmost importance to you. We guarantee the privacy of all the information you have entered into Bridz health and it will not be shared with anybody else at any cost. We are taking utmost care to ensure that the information exchanged between you and Bridz health is transmitted in a secure manner over the internet and cannot be intercepted by any third party.
